I’m really happy that you guys set out and did what you said you were going to do. It’s a cliche but life is way too short to not take risks. I know it’s been over for a few months and after coming back from a big trip, I always seemed to get depressed at the comfort of being “home.” It’s nice for a couple weeks but then my feet get really itchy and I just want to take off. If you feel that way, don’t worry. There’s always another adventure. I’m getting ready to ride my bike around Oahu. It’s not the spine but it’s still getting out there and enjoying the beauty of life.

I echo many of the comments already made here. I have enjoyed reading about your adventure and seeing your photos for the past few years. A dull day at the office was always made brighter by visiting “Riding the Spine”. Thanks for sharing your adventure and congratulations.
