Goat is Right!!
Electrolytes are an essential requirement to keep brain activity, heart rate, and other physical phenomenon well regulated. Electrolytes transport electrons (hence the name) throughout the body, and sodium chloride (salt) is one of the main ones. We all have a natural level of electroltyes in our body. Its only at times when the levels are too high in salt concentration that cells will actually expel water to relieve the imbalance (forcing dehydration). I’m sure “Vida Suero” includes sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium citrate and other molecules which aid electron transport throughout the body.

Just water will not suffice!! Unless you are supplementing your body with these electroltyes the chance of irregular heart beat, fatigue and other ailments could occur in extreme circumstances.

c’mon folks, you can’t be serious, water is the way to go in all places on earth; just carry more.
will you need walmarts planted all along your route?
