How many miles/km did you get before they where due for replacement? I will be traveling 10.000 km during the winter on snow and ice covered tarmac and gravel, mostly gravel. The temperatures ranging from freezing to minus 40F.

With the tyres you are running I understand is a 26 wheels. However when you put the endomorphs into the wheels, can it be considered as a 29er because of the thick side wall of the endo.... I notice from Mike Curiak snow bike by Moots he has a front suspension on his custom made fat bike bicycle...hmm probably its custom made for that bike as well just a thought..interesting.... I ride rigid all the time and having my hands in that position makes an incredible difference. The drops allow you to not have to really grip the bars.
